If you subscribe to our Premium plan, you agree to pay the subscription fees through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis and are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but your cancellation will only take effect at the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your access to NotePDF at any time for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we reserve the right to delete all information associated with your account.

All content included on NotePDF, such as text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of NotePDF or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content from NotePDF without our express written permission.

NotePDF shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the Service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if NotePDF has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NotePDF operates. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within this jurisdiction.
